I appreciate that reaching out for support can be daunting. Please be reassured that no issue is too big or small. Once you have made contact with me I’ll get in touch and we can arrange either a short phone call or an initial session to discuss your needs in more detail. This also gives you the chance to ask any questions and tell me a bit more about what’s happening for you at the moment.
If you decide to continue, sessions will usually be held at the same time each week. Each session lasts for 50 minutes.

I offer an initial session at a reduced rate of £50. All further sessions are at my standard rate of £65.

I offer a down to earth and thoughtful approach, taking time to get to know you as a person. Your needs will be unique and I will tailor my approach to you.
My clients tell me that I offer a supportive and caring space. This is balanced with challenge where appropriate because it’s often the things that we can’t see that keep us stuck.

That’s understandable. Perhaps you worry about feeling judged, not knowing what to talk about or sceptical about the process of therapy.
I’ll be happy to talk through your doubts or fears at an initial session. There is no obligation to continue and I will start where you are and work at your pace.

Relational counselling refers to an approach that emphasises the importance of the therapeutic relationship, viewing it as a foundation for exploring experiences, understanding patterns, and supporting emotional growth.
Humanistic
Humanistic and person centred counselling places you at the centre of the process, focusing on your unique perspective and potential. It encourages self-exploration and growth within a supportive, non-judgemental environment.
